Earn Money with Network Marketing

There are good ways, great ways and then there are best ways to earn money with network marketing. You want the best because you want a business plan that’ll put you where you want to be sooner rather than later.

The most important word you can know in network marketing is team. It’s having a team in place that will help you achieve goals quicker, but you have to know that a team is only as good as its leader. If you aren’t willing to do what it takes to succeed, then neither will the people following you. If you aren’t fully supportive of the product you’re promoting, they won’t be either.

One of the worst things you can do in network marketing is assemble a team (otherwise known as your downline) and then leave them on their own. Their success or failure is entwined with yours. If they fail, you fail. If they succeed, you succeed. So ensuring that they have all of the resources and tools they need should be one of your top priorities.

Give your team a plan, like the blueprint for building a house. Tell them what they need to do first. You can’t force people to follow your advice, and if they don’t, it’s their loss, but most people are willing to work hard for what they want. They’re just unsure about which steps to take to get there. Sharing your knowledge gives your team an edge over competitors.

Set up regular meetings with your team online. Listen to any frustrations or problems they have and give them the solution to overcome the situation. They’ll leave the meeting feeling better and excited about what they’re doing. Have weekly, monthly and yearly goals in place for the team to meet.

You want your team to stay motivated, but that’s not going to happen if you’re not motivated yourself – if you’re not there alongside them cheering them on. When they have a question, answer it. When they have a concern, deal with it. Whenever they contact you, do your best to be available. Everyone needs downtime, but make sure they know how to reach you if they do have an urgent problem that needs your input.

As your team expands (and it will if you’re treating it right), then you should have a gathering place online – some kind of social setting where the team members can interact. Take advantage of all of the media outlets available online that will help you support your team, whether it’s a series of YouTube videos where you tutor them in succeeding or a uStream chat where they can ask you questions live.

As your team grows, if it gets too big for you to handle all of the responsibility, choose team leaders from among them and have them become mentors to the others as they join. Watching out for the team so they watch out for you – that’s network marketing at its best!
